The apartments at Aphelandra Hotel are really cozy and comfortable. They have a living room with a double sofa bed, a balcony, and a kitchenette with a fridge. I felt right at home! I really enjoyed the private balcony in the rooms at Aphelandra Hotel. It was a great spot to relax and enjoy the view. The rooms at Aphelandra Hotel are bright and airy, making it a pleasant place to stay. I loved the natural light that filled the room.
Personally, I found the cooking rings and oven in the kitchenette to be a bit small. But hey, others might still find them perfect for their needs!

The hotel was fairly clean and the location was unbeatable close to the beaches. Everything met standards, had a really nice stay with great value for money. Location: the property was just next door to the city center, shops, restaurants. Had supper enjoying drinks at nearby Elaine's Bar & Grill.
The staff was very rude.

The hotel location was perfect, given that we only stayed there, in order to go to the municipal stadium opposite for a concert.
They charge more than you get for. Room was not cleaned thoroughly. First look in the fridge revealed lots of ants. Cupboard were really greasy, one of the beds was broken, and so was one of the air conditioning.

For us it was a budget one night stop. Staff were friendly and resolved a minor problem on arrival efficiently.

The buildings and furniture are quite old, do not expect anything new or luxurious, fairly clean, comfortable and a good value for money. Alcohol prices at the pool bar are excellent, beers are a couple of Euros per pint, and cocktails at 2.5 Euros, which is great. Food is available at the pool restaurant/bar, I tried the beefburger which was good and the chicken sandwich which was -just- okay.
During check in, we were told we can use the pool for swimming anytime until late night, however when I went for a swim at 7:00pm I was yelled at rudely by the waiter at restaurant/bar next to the pool, after asking him to speak in English and not to be so rude and stop yelling his lungs out, I explained that I asked about this and it was confirmed to me that it's okay to swim at that time, he wondered who I asked and I confimed "The front desk", he didn't care that much and continued yelling while I made my way out of the pool. Other than that, also at check in, I asked for the free Wifi password so I can use my laptop to access the internet from my room, AS PROMISED by the hotel, to my despair there was no network coverage whatsoever there. Expect some noise/loud music during the day from your neighbors as this hotel (like many other in Ayia Napa) is mostly frequented by young groups of friends coming to party and go a bit crazy throughout their stay.

This is an ok hotel if you want a cheap room for the night while you party in Napa. It is a 5 minute walk from the main bars and clubs and is ideal for just getting your head down.
The hotel seems to be used by youngsters which was fine for us as we were only visiting for the one night to take my husbands daughter and her friend to the bars. However, we left them to party and may as well have stayed as there were parties going on, on most terraces until very eraly hours. There were a few unwanted crawling bugs we had to dismiss and a strange scratching noise coming from our head board. You get what you pay for i guess.

The hotel is situated in a quiet location. The room was clean. Very close to Ayia Naps's nightlife (5 minutes). It is ok.
There wasn't hot water in the evening/night, soap in the bathroom. Just towels. No tv in the room. Nissi Beach or Waterpark are not very close (45 minutes), but you can take a taxi or the osea buses (101 / 102).

This hotel was not fair from the main strip. It was nice and quiet. The staff were friendly. It is a budget hotel but what else do you need from a hotel when you go out in Napa a bed and shower!
